The MILLIONS that are used are a disgrace. The Open Space District has become the Openly Corrupt District. Money corrupts, and they are awash in it, while we have potholes.

How many more millions are going to be spent to ‘study it’, since the Districts and Agencies now have free rein with study money ?

They speak of ‘ The Future’.. but their future is unsustainable ! Now this place is a tax money pit. oh my
