We here at FiducairyWatch.org agree with the 3-0 appeals court decision in this matter. Many IHHS caregivers in Sonoma County suffer financially at the hands of those they care for. Especially those whom have court appointed fiduciaries, such as guradians, conservators, and trustees whom refuse to reimburse the IHHS caregivers for cash outlays for gas for the person they are caring for. Case in point, fiducairy Aprille Rafidison, a good buddy of Rick Wishnak, the probate court supervising investigator, denies reimbursments of gas money for the brain damaged woman she manages a trust for. This results in a financial loss to the IHHS caregiver, and at the same time, Rafidison gets awarded outlandis fees by Rick Wishnak, for refusing to reimburse the IHHS caregiver for transportation costs he pays out of pocket to transport the disabled person to the doctor, store, pharmacy, etc.

The 3 member appeals ruling is right on point, in our opinon.
