While the government pretends to hold the moral high ground, the Press Democrat routinely and intentionally refuses to publish information regarding criminality within government itself.

Starting with the TINY photo of the Santa Rosa Junior College cop who right now is being prosecuted for theft of public funds over a years long period of time.

Notice also that the Chief of that little duplicate police dept … retains his job even though the thefts were ongoing right under his nose.

“Ex-Oregon Congressman Wester Cooley Sentenced To Prison In Tax Fraud”

“A former Oregon congressman has been sentenced in Los Angeles to a year and a day in prison in a tax fraud case involving an online auction site.”

“U.S. District Judge Dean D. Pregerson also ordered Wester Cooley on Monday to pay about $3.5 million in restitution to the victims and roughly $138,000 in back taxes to the Internal Revenue Service. Cooley, 80, will begin serving his term in March, the U.S. attorney’s office said.”

This may sound wrong, but prostitution was around legally for thousands of years before 1920, when women were given the right to vote. Then within 10 years prostitution became illegal. Perhaps the anti-prostitution laws are more about women trying to make the cow illegal because it gives some milk once in awhile? Am I wrong???
