Big Pharma and ICLEI.

The REAL DEAL is Sebastopol Council tested CVS’s resolve hoping they’d just ‘go away’ because they want that to be part of the ‘Core’ Smart Growth project.

Problem is CVS knows how to play ball, they employ expiditors that get jacked around by councils all the time. They wouldn’t go away. They jumped through hoops, weathered the storm with a diplomatic smile.

Kinda like the Chick-fil-a deal,
except with different motivations for the jack around.
