    Clay is running ? Hmmmm

I can’t really comment too much, nor specifically as I have been close to the workings of the Windsor School Board.

    I wish him well.

  2. I received a phone call from a fellow candidate, concerned that an advertising medium (that I had used in my campaign) portrayed that I had received the endorsement of the Democrat Party.

This is not the case- I neither sought nor received said endorsement. This medium, which was available to all candidates, was designed to reach all voters (as this is a non-partisan race)- Democrats, Republicans and independents alike.

I would like to thank this candidate for bringing this to my attention, and I would encourage anyone who desires to know which candidates are officially endorsed by political parties to go directly to those parties web pages to view their official endorsements.

Thank you, Windsor residents and friends, for your support. If we are going to raise the bar, and make Windsor schools even better, I am going to need your continued involvement and support. As a community, our collective wisdom and creativity is much greater than what can be generated by just a few.

I am impressed with Clay Mitchell’s enthusiasm about making a difference in the lives of the children and young people in Windsor. He is willing to listen and seek out best practices for the challenges that face our schools. Clay is a fresh voice that needs to be heard.
