Video coverage of tonight’s debates

Tonight’s a busy night for local political junkies.

At 7 p.m., District Attorney Stefan Passalacqua and challenger Jill Ravitch take the stage for their third debate at the Glaser Center in Santa Rosa. It is sponsored by the League of Women Voters and the Sonoma County Bar Association.

And at 7:30 p.m., Windsor City Councilwoman Debora Fudge and Healdsburg City Councilman Mike McGuire face off at a debate at the Raven Theater in Healdsburg. It is sponsored by the League of Women Voters and the American Association of University Women.

Can’t be in both places at once? Watch Sonoma County is here to help.

We’ll provide live video coverage of the district attorney’s debate on Watch Sonoma County, beginning at 7 p.m.

And we’ll post taped video coverage of the supervisors debate on the site late tonight.

Missed one of the earlier debates? No problem. We’re offering on-demand video replays of three previous debates: the March 26 debate between Passalacqua and Ravitch; the April 12 debate in the 7th Assembly district between Michael Allen, Lee Pierce and Michael Wilson; and the April 20 south county supervisors debate between Mike Healy, John King, David Rabbitt and Pam Torliatt.

So kick back. Fire up the popcorn popper. Grab yourself a cold beverage.
